(President: Akinori Onodera, hereinafter referred to as "EARTHBRAIN") have jointly developed and begun sales of a mobile DX office equipped with a remote operation system for construction machinery, named "Smart Construction Teleoperation – Mobility Office" (hereinafter referred to as "the product"). This product is a vehicle-based mobility office built into a customized large van, equipped with the cockpit functionality of the “Smart Construction Teleoperation” system designed for remotely operating construction machinery. Being mobile, it can be quickly deployed to various job sites, enabling remote control of construction equipment—even in locations that are difficult to access—directly from inside the mobility office.

The vehicle is outfitted with a comfortable workspace, including air conditioning, a computer, a monitor, and a two-person desk, allowing it to serve as an on-site office at any destination. In areas with unstable network conditions, a dedicated solution—the “Wi-Fi Pack for Communication Dead Zones”—can be used to establish a stable internet connection※1.

Furthermore, by leveraging various Smart Construction® solutions, survey data captured via drones and other tools can be digitized into topographical information, enabling real-time visualization of site conditions and progress tracking—all from within the mobility office.

In times of disaster, the vehicle can be quickly dispatched to affected areas to share real-time information among stakeholders, contributing to faster recovery efforts.

Going forward, both companies will continue contributing to solving challenges in safety, productivity, and environmental adaptability at construction sites through the provision of diverse digital solutions.

※1 The “Wi-Fi Pack for Communication Dead Zones” is a solution that enables communication in remote areas—such as mountainous regions—where mobile networks are unavailable. By connecting to fiber-optic services installed at site offices or satellite internet services like Starlink, this pack turns unreachable zones into accessible communication areas.

This model includes one set each of a parent and child unit.
Please note that separate contracts with internet service providers (e.g., fiber-optic or satellite internet) are required and must be arranged by the customer. Communication costs are also the responsibility of the customer.

※2 The base vehicle can be selected from two options: the Toyota HIACE or the FIAT Professional DUCATO. Please note that the available vehicle models may change in the future. Additionally, specifications may be subject to change due to model updates by the manufacturers.

※3 The system includes a joystick controller and mounting bracket. To use the remote operation system for construction machinery, compatible machines as well as additional components—such as a relay room kit and onboard machine kit—are required and must be prepared separately.
