Smart Construction 3D Machine Guidance Flex can be installed on any machinery or vehicle in as little as one hour. With the attached IMU sensors and GNSS antennas, it tracks the machine's current position, allowing construction work to be carried out while checking the 3D design data in real-time.
Smart Construction 3D Machine Guidance can be installed on conventional excavator, and by using IMU sensors and GNSS antennas, it identifies the current position, allowing machine to reference the 3D design data while operating the machine.

With traditional construction machinery, it was impossible to track work locations or changes in terrain without conducting surveys. However, by installing Smart Construction 3D Machine Guidance Flex, daily As-built data can be automatically acquired without the need for surveying or processing work.
When using conventional construction machinery to monitor terrain, it was necessary to regularly conduct surveys with drones or GNSS receivers and process the survey data in order to track construction progress.
When construction is performed using machinery equipped with Smart Construction 3D Machine Guidance Flex, daily As-built data is automatically acquired (In purple) without the need for surveys or processing work. This data can be checked anytime on the Smart Construction Dashboard.
When a dump truck is equipped with Smart Construction 3D Machine Guidance Flex and used for on-site transportation, As-built data is automatically acquired (in orange). This allows for easy tracking of jobsite progress, as terrain data outside of the work areas is also captured without any additional effort.
今までは土量算出をするのに、職員が測量をして土量を算出しておりましたが、ブルにマシンガイダンスキット（Smart Construction 3D Machine Guidance Flex）を取り付けたことにより、通常の盛土作業だけで自動的に３D測量ができ、測量の人工を減らすことができました。また、施工履歴データが毎日自動でSmart Construction Dashboardに上がりますので、日々土量の進捗管理でご利用させて頂いております。3Dで見える化しているので、発注者との打ち合わせでも利用させていただいております。最高です！
ICT建機が普及し丁張レスになった事により、非ICT建機で施工する際に現地で位置関係や完成地形の把握が困難になった事が悩みでした。 そこでMGFlexを導入しましたが、マシンコントロール機械に比べ低コストで簡単に導入でき、粗造成段階での切盛土や仮設道路造成等を行うには充分な精度で施工できます。完成地形も把握できる為、完成をイメージした段取りの組立や、雨水排水対策の整地等、日々の施工に役立っています。
