By integrating the real-time fleet management solution, Smart Construction Fleet, with Smart Construction 3D Machine Guidance, the system automatically records "when, which loading machine, loaded which dump truck, with how much material, and how many times." This data helps reduce the daily workload while improving productivity and safety.
1 Set Smart Construction Fleet
Install Smart Construction Fleet mobile app on a smartphone or dedicated device, and place it on dump trucks or excavators to transmit real-time location and directional information.
2 Set Smart Construction Pilot
nstall Smart Construction Pilot to excavator equipped with Smart Construction 3D Machine Guidance, and register to Smart Construction Fleet as payload meter machine.
Once the setup is complete, the system will respond to a smartphone installed on a dump truck, and when a dump truck enters a detection range of an excavator, it will be automatically selected.
3 Loading history
Automatically recorded loading history can be viewed anytime in Smart Construction Fleet. Additionally, by downloading the data in CSV format, site managers are freed from the task of compiling daily work reports. Operators also no longer need to manually record detailed entries in their daily reports.

簡単なご利用の流れ
1 刃先を目標面に設定
油圧ショベルの刃先を基準となる場所に置き、刃先を目標面に設定ボタンをタップし、目標面を作成します。
2 高さ・勾配・施工幅を設定
目的に応じて作成した目標面に高さ・勾配・施工幅を設定することが可能です。数値を入力し保存ボタンをタップします。
3 施工開始
これで施工の準備が完了致しました。施工を開始しましょう。簡単3Dを使用することで、施工途中の検測作業や手元作業員による建機オペレータへのガイドが不要になります。

1 平面図を転送
Smart Construction 3D Machine Guidance専用の操作アプリSmart Construction Pilotにお持ちの平面図を転送します。
2 目標面作成
油圧ショベルの刃先を任意の高さにセットし、目標となる平面をSmart Construction Pilotで作成します。
3 施工開始
これで施工の準備が完了致しました。施工を開始しましょう。平面図を見ながら都度目標面の高さを変更し施工します。
4 出来形や仕上がり確認
Smart Construction 3D Machine Guidanceは施工履歴を自動で取得し、Smart Construction Dashboardに共有するため、日々の出来高や仕上がりを確認することができます。
